James L. “Jim” Waldron, 66, of Meredith, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Memorial Hospital, in North Conway. Born on January 31, 1949, in Laconia, NH, he was the son of Herbert and Theresa (Aubin) Waldron. Jim was raised in Meredith and attended local schools. He was the long-time owner and operator of “Waldron’s Dugout Live Bait & Tackle”, in Meredith. Jim was an avid fisherman and he was defined by his unique character and principles; he will be dearly missed. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Janet (Lampi) Waldron, of Meredith; four children, Kelly, Kate, Isaac, and Carrie; four grandchildren, Caroline, Ian, Mason, and Madeline. Jim is also survived by his two feline friends, Salma and Madeleine. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Assoc., P.O.
