Anna Ruth Hobart, 95 of US Route 3, Campton, entered the loving embrace of the angels at her home on Feb. 3, 2015. Born on July 30, 1919, Anna was the daughter of Ozias and Edith (Hanscom) Willoughby. Anna grew up in the Campton and Plymouth area, attending the Blair one room Schoolhouse, Campton and Plymouth High School. She resided in Campton for many years and then moved to Manchester area, NH in 1957. She was a resident of Auburn, NH of about thirty years and has made her home with her daughter in Campton for the past couple of years. Anna worked as a waitress and in the dry cleaning industry. Anna was predeceased by her loving husband of seventh-three years, Charles Stewart Hobart, who died in January of 2013, and she was predeceased by her daughter, Mary Smith and her son, Alvin “Sonny” Hobart. Anna was a beacon of light in all of our lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Anna is survived by her daughters, Edith L. Littlefield and her husband Joseph, of Campton, Barbara Tack and her husband Robert of Epsom, eleven grandchildren and many, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
