Tammy Coutu

Tammy E. Coutu, 50, of Page St., died February 21, 2013, at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Franklin, NH on May 8, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Douglas Lamous Sr. and Alberta (Kinsley) Matthews. Tammy grew up in Alexandria, NH and graduated from Newfound High School. She has been a resident of Plymouth for the past 24 years. Tammy worked at the former IPC in Bristol for several years and has been working at Hannaford’s Super Market, in Plymouth, in all the departments for the past nineteen years. Tammy was an avid beader and loved crafts. She enjoyed the outdoors, swimming, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. She was always a happy and cheerful person. Tammy is survived by her husband of twenty-six years, Richard L. Coutu, son, Russell Coutu both of Plymouth, daughter, Samantha Moilanen and her husband Nicholas of Wentworth, grandson Noah, her mother and step father, Alberta and Roland Matthews of Groton, sister, Sandra Sharp of Alexandria, brothers, Daniel Lamous of Alexandria, Douglas Lamous Jr, of New Hampton, Jeffrey Lamous, many aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St, Plymouth, on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 6pm to 8pm. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
